Our mission is to spark joy, authenticity & connection through social wellness experiences. Our programs equip people with the practices, space and community to live an authentic, healthy and connected life. 

 

We curate a diversity of high quality wellness & community experiences around our three M's:


Move: group fitness classes, with flexible video options, to bring fresh, healthy, and sustainable movement to your body.

Mind: group journaling and meditation to help you slow down, reflect, and lead an intentional & mindful life.

Meet: storytelling nights, thoughtlucks (created by Emily Harburg), Arrow dating salons to create space for authentic and fun connection. 

 

For people looking for company, guidance and accountability for their wellness routines, Social Well makes it easier to practice healthy habits with others. 

 

It's proven that people are more likely to sustain healthy habits when they practice with others, and that it takes about 21 days to build a new habit. That's why we infuse a social component into all of our offerings, and offer 4-week programs to help people design their wellness routines.
